The Cambodia-Japan Cooperation Center (CJCC) will organize the CJCC Job Fair 2026 on November 7–8, 2026, at its premises in Phnom Penh. The two-day event will bring together more than 30 Cambodian and Japanese companies, including over 10 Japanese companies, with more than 1,000 job opportunities across various industries.
The Job Fair is part of CJCC’s ongoing efforts to support employment and human resource development in Cambodia by providing a platform for companies to connect with potential employees. Since 2012, CJCC has facilitated connections between employers and job seekers through its recruitment support services, including the Job Fair, Job Information Board, and Job Information Club.
The event is expected to welcome university students, fresh graduates, experienced professionals, and individuals currently seeking employment. It will provide visitors with opportunities to learn about participating companies, explore available positions, and communicate directly with company representatives regarding recruitment requirements and career prospects.
In addition to company exhibitions, the two-day program will feature on-site interviews, career preparation seminars, networking activities, and interactive sessions. These activities are intended to provide job seekers with practical information about the recruitment process and help them better understand the expectations of employers.
Through this initiative, CJCC aims to strengthen connections between the private sector and the workforce while contributing to employment opportunities and career development for Cambodian youth and professionals.
